Ladies, have you ever experienced a season in your life where your strength is almost depleted, your capacity is just a little bit, and your motivation is low? How do you navigate this season? Is giving up an option?

I want you to know that many women have experienced such a season in their lifetime. Some may share with their inner circle about their journey, and some may go through the journey alone and not disclose any of the details.

Let’s be real. Life isn’t easy in every season. There are a few valuable nuggets that I’d like to leave with you to encourage you:

  1. Navigate such a season in truth. Acknowledge where you are at, and believe that it’s not over. You are going through. It will take effort and time. Be gracious to yourself.
  2. Connect with someone you can trust about your difficult season. Make sure that this person speaks life and encouragement into your soul. Also, it would be great if this person can pray with you, and speak or encourage you with relevant scripture verses.
  3. Keep going. Do not allow how you are feeling and your mindset in that season to dictate the decisions that you want to make concerning the future.
  4. Pray to God to allow Him to strengthen you when you are weak. Ask God for His grace, which is sufficient.

2 Corinthians 12:9 (NKJV) – And He said to me, “My grace is sufficient for you, for My strength is made perfect in weakness…”

Be encouraged,
