I want to encourage you, especially if you are a leader. Leadership isn’t always easy. You may go through valley times where you have to daily encourage yourself in the Lord. You know what your goal and your vision is; yet, what you see is not matching up. This is where your faith certainly needs to kick in, and you need to keep trusting God for what you’re believing for. In 2 Corinthians 5:7 NIV, it states, “For we live by faith, not by sight.”

The picture above is a picture of hundreds of mustard seeds. In Matthew 17:20, Jesus talks about having faith even as small as a mustard seed and what you can do even with that size of faith. It can be a struggle to believe for something you cannot see.

3 things to remember as leaders:

  1. God is pleased when we have faith in Him.
  2. God is more than able to do the impossible.
  3. God can do miracles.

Remember what God has done for you in the past as a leader. Thank God for His faithfulness. Doing this helps you to strengthen your faith.

As you go through the valley, may your faith be strengthened no matter the size it is. Even if it is the size of a mustard seed.

Blessings.

Be encouraged,
